We have received a complaint that a commercial business (tree removal) is being
operated from your residence located at the above address, which is located within a
Residential Zoning District.

If such operations exist at this location which is zoned for residential use only, it could
be a violation of the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance and would need to be discontinued.
Therefore, we would ask that you provide us with the following information so that we
may determine whether your business activities qualify as an exemption under our zoning
regulations. Please provide us with the following information:
1. How many employees do you have?
2. What materials or mechanical equipment do you store or house on site on either
a temporary or permanent basis? If temporary, please explain how often they
are stored or housed there?
3. Are there any sales of products or services made from your residence?
4. Please describe what pedestrian or vehicular traffic is generated from your
business.
5. How often do commercial vehicles deliver materials to or from your premises
(i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)?
6. Please describe the types of indoor storage materials or supplies that you
maintain in your residence?
7. Do you have any outdoor storage of any materials, supplies or equipment? If so,
how often are these items stored outside and please describe the items?
