8. At any time do you have any non - licensed vehicles or equipment on your
premises?
9. Do you have any business signs on your premises?
10. What percentage of the finished living area of your dwelling is used for your
home occupation? How many total square footage of finished area do you have
in your residence?
11. Have you had to make any alterations in the residence to conduct your home
occupation? If so, please describe.
12. Do you store any flammable or hazardous substances on the premises? If so,
please describe.
13. Please generally describe the type of business activity, which you do conduct on
the premises (i.e. Do you maintain an office, etc.).
If the above mentioned activities continue to occur at this location after Monday, November
22, 2010, this matter will be forwarded to the City Attorney for appropriate legal action.
