Vince: I received your 3 -9 -2011 letter and the access route variance is approved. After speaking with Mr. Kohtz, I agree
with his interpretation that in this case Stamps are not warranted. I will need to see the manufacturer's specifications
for the foundation system and holdowns, and their specifications for tying the units together. Provide 2 sets of plans
and building and plumbing permit applications.
