Re: Access Route Variance Request
Dear Mr. Wolfe;
In regard to your question of ADA access and general access to our temporary PUMA trailers, Purac
America is not planning any local parking for these trailers or personal protective equipment (PPE),
free access routes. Thus, the available ADA parking in front of the administrative office entrances will
facilitate the designated parking spaces for these temporary offices. As part of the planned
manufacturing expansion (PUMA), additional offices will be eventually added south of the existing
offices. This new office area will be directly accessible from these same parking spots without
donning PPE.
As aforementioned, the temporary trailers will require PPE (safety glasses, hardhat, and steel toed
boots) for access to and upon exit, except in an emergency. Changing rooms are designated in the
office portions of the manufacturing facilities with ADA compliant restroom and changing facilities.
Purac America will provide drop off services for those requiring assistance to access these facilities
and /or provide a temporary in -plant parking area on an as needed basis to accommodate severe
needs.
If you need further documentation or more specific information to complete your review, please call
me directly at 402.533.1893.
Sincerely,
Vincent Mancini
