Robert: Please review the following plan review comments and respond.
1. Evonik Code Analysis reads that the number of stories for the new addition are 4. Table 503 allows only 3 stories for
a non sprinklered F -2 occupancy of type II -B construction.
2. Show on the plans fire department access openings as per Section 903.2.11.1.
3. Show a class III Standpipe system as per Section 905.3.1.
4. Provide an exiting plan. Show travel distance from each floor to an exit or exit enclosure.
5. Show on the plans exit enclosures as per Section 1022.
6. Indicate the height, area, #of stories, and type of construction of the administration building.
7. Show on the plans exit sign and exit illumination requirements as per Sections 1011 and 1006.
