Expansion Fermentation Building Addition CN- 2011 -00214
Jim: This looks good. 1'11 go ahead and finish the plan review and Brandy will call when she is done processing them so
you can obtain a permit. The plans will be approved for foundation and piles only and approved pending deferred
submittals. Please E -mail Special Inspection Reports to me as they occur. The piles and foundation require Special
Inspection and possibility other portions of the construction, such as high strength bolts and structural site welding.
Thank you,
Howard Wolfe

Hello Mr. Wolfe,
I apologize for the delay in responding to your comments from your email sent to Mr. Kilpatrick on June 16.
1 hope the attachments will help in your review for our building permit for at least our concrete and piling work. We
will
soon be sending you new and revised drawings showing the upgrades to be in compliance with the 2009 IBC and your
requests
for the remaining structural work.
If you have any comments or questions, please feel free to call or email me.
Thanks - Danke, jk
