Paul: Please send the following so we can continue the plan review process:
1. 2 sets of Nebraska stamped engineered plans for the bin and the foundation.
2. Show on the plans a list of Special Inspections required by Chapter 17 of the International Building Code.
3. Provide a copy of the Soils Investigation Report.
4. Provide an accurate plot plan to show dimensions from lot lines and existing buildings.
Note: Contact the Nebraska State Fire Marshal and State Electrical Inspector for other requirements.
