As the enclosed pictures show, you or someone you have hired has blown grass clippings
into the street and on the sidewalk along the above property.
Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Code against this type of placing yard waste (litter)
in the public right of way. We ask that you have this area cleaned up if you haven't already and
discontinue this practice immediately
