Dear Dave,
As you requested please accept the following as our proposal for the closed loop field for your
existing heat pumps.
I have figured that it will take 4$ holes at 130' depth each to handle you current load. I would
propose that these would be drilled in 6 rows with 8 loops in each row per attached drawing. There
would be 2 — 3" lines bored into the mechanical room. There would be 2 — 3R circulating pumps in the
mechanical room from this point we would run 2 — 2" lines upstairs then branch off with 1 1 14" lines to
each heat pump. Raeh heat pump would have solenoid valves and dole flow valves to control the amount
of fhtid into e'q unit,
Our price does not include the removal or replacement of the concrete parldng lot or the electrical
wiring to each unit and the electrical for the pumps. I would also recommend that each unit be treated to
have the heat exchanger cleaned before they are hooked up to the new system, this would need to be
done by an HVAC contractor. This project would take approximately 4 weeks to complete.
Our price for the above is $130880.00
