2204ORDINANCE NO. 2204 COUNCIL MEMBER KEPHART INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING ORDINANCE BY ADDING SECTION 1406 SHORT -TERM ADMINISTRATIVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SECTION 1 Section 1406 of the Blair Zoning Regulations of Blair, Nebraska is hereby added as follows, to wit: I I The city administrator may by short -term conditional use permit authorize and permit conditional uses for a maximum period of six months that are designated in the district use regulations or are consistent with previously grandfathered uses if it is found that the location and characteristics of the use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the area. SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this l 0th day of MAY, 2011.
