On or about June 14, 2011, you received a mowing sign in your yard notifying
you that you were in violation of City code and you were given 5 days to resolve the
issue. We appreciate the work you have done to resolve this matter. However, the
violation has not been fully corrected.
The violation is for a Nuisance of Weeds, Grasses, and Worthless Vegetation in
the northwest corner of your property (See enclosed photos).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about June 27, 2011.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.
