RE: Illegal sign located along city right of way on 23 Street.
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Russell,
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed a small sign at the above
location that does not comply with the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance regarding signs.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the RML
(Multi- Family Residential Low Density) District. You will note the regulations do not provide
for any type of yard signs and Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to be
placed on city right of way. Therefore, we ask that you please remove these signs no later than
Thursday June 23, 2011.
