Following several letters, extensions and a citation, the violation currently has not completely been corrected. The violations are Junk Accumulation (Tires, sticks and brush, wire fencing, tarp, buckets, and scrap wood.) and a Nuisance of Weeds and Worthless Vegetation (Weeds around garage in the back of the property.) According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 10 days of the receipt of this letter or a second citation in the amount of $150.00 will be issued. State law says that a violation exists for each day, therefore additional citations will be issued each day until this matter is fully and completely resolved. We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about August 8, 2011. Again, if the violation has not been resolved a second citation, and further citations, will be issued.
