We attempted to make contact with you regarding the mowing of this property by mailing you a letter and by posting a sign at the property. However, due to the lack of your response, the City of Blair hired an individual to mow the property on June 3, 2011. Enclosed please find an invoice for the mowing of this property. The City of Blair will levy special assessments against this property in the amount of $110.00 to recoup the cost of mowing and administration. If you would prefer to not have special assessments levied against this property, full payment of the attached invoice is required no later than Thursday, July 7, 2011. Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding the noted violations. Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to assure the violation has been removed.
