Dear Mr. Zeringue,
In checking with the Washington County Registrar of Deeds, you are listed as the owner of the
above property. We attempted to make contact with you regarding the mowing of this property
by mailing you a letter and by posting a sign at the property. However, due to the lack of your
response, the City of Blair hired an individual to mow the property on June 3, 2011.
Enclosed please find an invoice for the mowing of this property. The City of Blair will levy
special assessments against this property in the amount of $110.00 to recoup the cost of mowing
and administration. If you would prefer to not have special assessments levied against this
property, full payment of the attached invoice is required no later than Thursday, July 7, 2011.
This matter will be placed on the July 12, 2011 City Council agenda.

Dear Mr. Zeringue:
This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your property
located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
Section 6 -333 Junk Accumulation
Section 6 -310 Appliances in Yard
XX Section 4 -506 Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter
(Lot needs mowed and branches and logs
need removed -see enclosed photos.)
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding the noted
violations.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected
to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of
the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for additional
time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
