The City of Blair, Nebraska hereby declares that the property located at 256 E
Grant Street and legally described as:
Lot 2 of Industrial Point, Blair, Washington County, Nebraska
is in violation of 2009 International Property Maintenance Code enforced by the
City of Blair at the time of this filing. Building Permit #12898 was obtained by
Eriksen Construction, 2546 S. Hwy 30, Blair, Nebraska 68008 on behalf of RDI
Industries owned by RD Family Limited Partnership, 7417 N. 101 Street,
Omaha, Nebraska 68122. Building Permit #12898 was voided upon the request
of Eriksen Construction due to the fact said owner abandoned the project. No
final inspection or certificate of occupancy was completed on this project.
ANY OWNER OR PERSPECTIVE PURCHASER OF THIS PROPERTY SHALL
BE ON NOTICE OF THIS VIOLATION, WHICH MAY CONCERN A LIFE
SAFETY ISSUE FOR THE REAL ESTATE IN QUESTION, AND MUST
OBTAIN AN INSPECTION FROM THE CITY OF BLAIR BUILDING j
INSPECTOR, AND IF REQUIRED, TAI A BUILDING PERMIT A
COMPLETE ANY WORK REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING CODE.
