Section 106. Construction documents:
Section 109. Inspections: Provide City Of Blair Approved Plans At The Site For Inspections. Inspections are
required as per Section 109. City of Blair Inspections are required regardless of who else is doing inspections such
as Special Inspectors or Engineers. Suspended Ceiling grids, Pole and Wall Sign
construction details, and Light pole footings are also required inspections. It is advisable that you call for
inspection of ADA accessible walks and parking after forms are set and prior to pour or paving. A final
inspection is required for all projects and is the responsibility of the permit holder to notify us on the
inspection line.
Section 110: Certificate of Occupancy:

Section 106. Plans are approved pending approval of deferred submittals. Architect /engineer of record
shall review the plans for general conformance and submit to The City Of Blair for review. Construction
shall not commence until plans or documents have been approved. When a permit is required, construction
shall not commence until the permit is i s sued. The fol items have be requested to be deferred:
