1.0.2 All work to be scheduled and performed between loadout operations.
During loadout operations, all construction operations that may interfere
with truck loadout must STOP and the contractor shall maintain a safe
and clean worksite. Monday at 6:00 a.m. to Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. to
be considered loadout operations. Trucks will load periodically
throughout the day; an average day may include two trucks loading for
40 minutes each. A loadout schedule will be established prior to the
start of the project.
