1.0 Work:
1.0.1 Area 245/345
1.0.1.1 Demolition of the following items:
• Existing north stair after erection of the south stair.
• Existing loadout platform roof purlins, metal roofing and flashing.
1.0.1.2 Supply, fabricate and erect structural steel as shown on drawings
D014104- BBLS25001, D014014- BBLS25003 thru D014014- BLLS25006.
1.0.1.3 Supply, fabricate and erect structural steel as shown on drawing
D014014- BBLS15002 (base plates).
1.0.1.4 Supply and grout column base plates.
1.0.1.5 Deleted
1.0.1.6 Supply and install all siding and roofing including all fasteners,
neoprene enclosure strips and flashing.
1.0.1.7 Supply, fabricate and install all gutters and downspouts including
all strapping and fasteners.
1.0.1.8 Supply and install two man doors including all hardware to match
existing facility door hardware manufacturer and model numbers.
1.0.1.9 Prepare, apply primer and two finish coats of paint to door frames
and door.
1.0.1.10 Supply and install exhaust fan and louvers including all flashing
and fasteners.
1.0.1.11 Supply and install two overhead rolling service doors including
control /hoists and all flashing and fasteners.
1.0.1.12 Deleted
1.0.1.13 Supply and install bird netting with all necessary galvanized
hardware along the interior face of all girls and purlins.
