Zachry Engineering Corporation (Zachry Engineering), on behalf of Natureworks LLC, is
submitting a formal statement of structural work scope and our intentions for special
inspections of said scope of work for Natureworks' Lactide Loadout project; Zachry
project # 014104.
SCOPE OF WORK
Attached to this document and labeled "Appendix A — Concrete" and "Appendix A —
Steel" is a detailed scope of structural work that was included as part of the request for
proposal that was issued. The award of this contract has been based upon this detailed
scope of work. The structural contract for concrete and steel has been awarded to
Graham Construction. Graham's designated point of contact for this project is as
follows:
