ad-2011-00142_0009.jpg 1.0.1.9 Temporary support of the existing stair stringers, after removal of the concrete landing in order to maintain access to the existing loadout platform during this construction period. 1.0.1.10 Relocation and anchorage of the existing emergency shower. 1.0.1.11 Supply and install PVC piping drainage system to curbed area for relocated emergency shower as noted on the plans. 1.0.1.12 Caulking around all piers, slab and joints noted on the construction drawings. Note: water stops are not necessary; caulking will be sufficient 1.0.1.13 Supply, fabrication and installation of hand railing at the new doorway. New door will be by others. 1.0.1.14 Supply and installation of the 4" stainless steel drain pipe with stainless steel screening at each end through new concrete curbing under the existing loadout platform. 1.0.2 All work to be scheduled and performed between loadout operations. Construction activities shall take place starting on Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. and finishing on Monday mornings at 6:00 a.m. (Monday at 6:00 a.m. to Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. to be considered loadout operations.) During loadout operations, all construction operations must STOP and the contractor shall maintain temporary containment dikes or curbs around any open construction within the existing dike area prior to and during the loadout operations. 1.0.3 If working at night; contractor to provide own construction lighting if needed. 1.0.3.1 Natureworks LLC will provide electrical connections for temporary lighting if needed. 1.1 Work By Others Work not included in this package includes: 1.1.1 Grounding 1.1.2 Piping, other than noted in section 1.0. 1.1.3 Electrical 1.1.4 Instrumentation 1.1.5 Steel Enclosure 1.1.6 Insulation 1.1.7 Heat tracing 1.1.8 Roofing 1.1.9 Siding 1.1.10 Grouting of column anchor bolts. 2of3
