To Whom It May Concern,
You are in violation for a nuisance of noxious weeds, grasses and worthless
vegetation on the above property (See enclosed photos.) The area along the highway
between the farmland and the city right of way must be maintained free and clear of
noxious weeds and debris and the grass must be kept mowed shorter than 12 inches.
According to City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt
of this letter or a citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about May 11, 2011. Again, if
the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued.
