RE: Illegal signs located along city right of way on Washington Street.
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Choate,
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed two small signs at the above
location that do not comply with the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance regarding signs.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the RM
(Residential Medium Density) District. You will note the regulations do not provide for any type
of yard signs and Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to be placed on
city right of way. Therefore, we ask that you please remove these signs no later than Wednesday
May 11, 2011 .
