This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your property
located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:

unlicensed trailer, punching bags, cooler,
trash, wood, cinder blocks, possible
unlicensed camper, buckets, wood, ladder,
weights, tarps, bicycles, pots, grills, washer
fluid, electrical cord, tires, truck bed trailer,
horse tank, other unlicensed /inoperable
trailers, shed on top of trailer, go -cart,
lawn mowers, limb pile and other misc. junk)
Section 4 -506 Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding the noted
violations.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected
to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of
the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for additional
time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
