We have received a complaint regarding a collection of trash accumulation on the
above property. (See enclosed photos)
Please be advised that all trash must be kept in an enclosed container with a lid
and removed on a regular basis. Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Codes referencing
nuisances and trash containers. This is a violation of city code and we will re -inspect the
property on March 4, 2011 to determine if this violation has been corrected. If an
extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City
Hall at (402) 4264191.
We would appreciate your assistance in helping to keep this area free from debris.

On or about November 11, 2010, you received a courtesy letter notifying you
that a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To
date, the violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for trees on your property overhanging public right of way. Trees
need to be cut so there is an 8' clearance above the surface of the sidewalk and a 16'
clearance above the street.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about April 1, 2011. Again,
if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:

Enclosed you will find a copy of the code for your reference. If this violation has been
taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat
and safe community.
Five (5) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to
assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5)
drays of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code.
