To date, the violation has not been corrected. The violation is for trees on your property overhanging public right of way. Trees need to be cut so there is an 8' clearance above the surface of the sidewalk and a 16' clearance above the street. According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued. We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about April 1, 2011. Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
