United Methodist Parsonage Remodel CITY OF BLAIF
A. Kitchen Remodel NEBRASKA
1. Remove existing cabinets and vinyl flooring to adapt to new the floor.
2. Prepare existing soffits for new cabinet installation.
3. Remove west wall of kitchen and dining room, putting in a bearing beam if

4. Install new oak cabinets and solid surface countertop. Tile floor and backsplash.
5. Install new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
6. Dining room will be tiled like kitchen or refinish existing oak floor depending on
condition.
B. Carpet and Painting
1. All existing carpet to be removed.
2. New carpet and painting through out house.
C. Master bath and walk -in closet
1. The middle bedroom will be divided by a 6 inch plumbing wall with west side be-
ing made into master bath, with a 5 foot shower, 5 foot oak vanity and stool.
2. Shower to be tiled with a solid base, floor to be tiled.
3. Walk -in closet to be white prefinished shelving, carpet on floor same as master
bedroom on north end.
D. Main Bath Remodel
1. Replace existing vanity, medicine cabinet and tub faucet.
2. Tub, floor and wall the to be refurbished with new color.
E. Basement Remodel
1. Remove existing carpet and drop ceiling and old ceiling above that.
2. Cover exposed outside block walls, with 2x4 wall with insulation and finished dry-

3. Install egress window in northwest bedroom and window well with ladder for exit.
