RE: Access along Grant Street and vehicles driving over curbs — Lots 1 & 2 South Acres
Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been brought to our attention that employees of your business are driving vehicles over the
city curbs along 5 Street and also directly onto Grant Street. Enclosed please find pictures of
the areas in which vehicle is not allowed.
At the time South Acres was platted, access onto Grant Street was restricted except off of 5th
Street. Also, access to 5 Street should only be done at a vehicle entrance with a grounded curb
for Lot 1 and Lot 2. Lot 1 does not currently have an entrance with grounded curb.
Please discontinue driving over the curb immediately. If you need additional access to your
property along 5' Street, please obtain the appropriate permit from the City of Blair for an
additional driveway access. We would be happy to work with you to obtain the appropriate
vehicle access to your property.
