(See enclosed photos) Please be advised that all trash must be kept in an enclosed container with a lid and removed on a regular basis. Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Codes referencing nuisances and trash containers. This is a violation of city code and we will re- inspect the property on February 24, 2011 to determine if this violation has been corrected. If an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
