The clean-up site is only available to Blair residents, and proof of residency -is required. Yard waste (leaves and grass) must be separated from other waste materials and removed from bags before depositing in a dumpster. Refrigerators, air conditioners, batteries, tires, liquid paint and hazardous waste will not be. accepted. Other major appliances like stoves, washers and dryers will be accepted. REMINDER: THERE S NO OPEN BURNING ON OCT. 24 25, 31, & NOV, 1. Open burning for•tree and - shrub trimmings,. leaves, grass, weeds and garden vegetation has been designated for Nov. 7 -15. Burning hours begin at S:00 A.M. and all fires must be extinguished by 5:00 P.M. if you choose to burn,. please. exercise good judgement, and remember that you are responsible for monitoring your fires.
