O Resolution: January 11, 2011 An RF1 has been submitted and responsed too. The CE, Wai -mart CM are In agreement to undo the ties holding the fabric and
2 let lay down only along HWY30. When weather conditions allow for work to continue fence will need to be re- attached. Copy of
the RH is attached to this report.
