To whom it may concern: Please review the following plan review comments and respond:
1. Note on Sheet C -3 indicates the Monopole and Foundation will be designed by others. Provide Nebraska Engineered
stamped monopole and foundation drawings. Show design parameters including soil capacity. If soil; capacity is more
than 1,500 PSF, provide a soils investigation report.
2. Engineer needs to sign his seal on Sheets SS -1 and SS -2 .
