Enclosed is a copy of the letter of notice dated 12 -3 -10 giving you 30 days to
complete some outstanding issues regarding permit # 13174. To date, these items
have not been inspected, therefore, you have 10 days to complete any outstanding
issues for inside the building, including a test of the range hood fan automatic
shutoffxCall me to witness the test. The test is not valid if I do not witness it myself.
You have until April 15, 2011, to complete the outstanding issues located outside and
to schedule an inspection of the outside of the building.
Please be advised that you need to contact our office and have the interior issues
inspected no later than February 14, 2011, or your temporary certificate of occupancy
will be revoked and all business activity must cease.
