Re: Permit #13093 for garage; electrical permit
Dear Mr. Dresden,
During a routine examination of outstanding permits, our records indicate that no
inspections have been requested or performed regarding permit #13093 since a
footing inspection passed on November 5, 2008.
As building inspector, I drove past your property recently and saw that the structure
was complete. I also noticed that electrical power appears to have been run to the
building, even though no electrical permit has been issued and no inspections have
been performed.

Failure to pass required inspections and to acquire permits is a very serious violation
of the City of Blair municipal code and building codes. Please contact me at City Hall
at one of the numbers listed below as soon as possible to allow me to perform a status
check of this structure.
Following that inspection I will determine if any tear out must be done to allow for
sufficient inspections to occur. An electrical permit is also required if any electrical
wiring was done.
