CONTRACT FOR RENTAL OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
Date: August 17, 2010
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between School District No. 1 of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska, and Dave Warrick who represents that he /she is
authorized to enter into this agreement by the organization and who agrees to be
individually, jointly, and severally responsible for the terms of this agreement.
For the sum of NA payable on or before NA
School District No. 1 of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, agrees to and hereby rents
the following schools facilities Blair Community School Gyms to Blair Basketball
Club on the following dates and for the following purposes to the above named
individual.
Date & Time: Various Dates and Times; see attached sheet
Purpose: Basketball Practices
*NOTE:
Subject to the rules and regulations established by the Board of Education of School
District #1 of Blair governing the use of school facilities. It is hereby agreed that the
organization or party contracting for the use of school facilities of School District
No. I of Blair, assumes full responsibility for damage to property or injuries to
persons or other liability that may arise in connection with said leasing on the dates
specified in this contract and will hold harmless said School District from any and
all liability because of said damage to property or injuries to persons.

Blair High School Gym - Alumni Boys Basketball Tournament Friday Night and Saturday,
November 19 and 20, 2011
All Blair Community School Gyms - Basketball Club Practices Monday through Saturday with
schedules to be announced as planned around scheduled school events
Otte Middle School Gym - Youth Basketball League Games for Grades 5 -8 on Saturdays;
Sunday only when scheduling is not possible on Saturday and is approved by the Activities
Director
Blair High School and Otte Middle School Gyms - Blair Basketball Club Grades 5 -8
Tournament to be held the first and third Saturday /Sunday in February

Blair Community Schools Board of Education:
The Blair Basketball Club would like to thank the Blair Community Schools for their cooperation in
permitting us to use the BCS facilities for our boys' and girls' programs.
We request the use of Blair Community School facilities in which to offer the following programs
during the course of the 2010 -2011 school year:
#1 - Open Gym would run Sunday afternoons from November - February at Otte Middle
School.
#2 - Alumni Boys Basketball Tournament would run on Friday night and Saturday, the third
weekend of November, at Blair High School.
#3 - Basketball Club Practices for basketball would run Mondays through Saturdays. The
hours would be scheduled prior to or following scheduled school events. All BCS gyms
would be used.
#4- Youth Basketball League Games for Grades 5 -8 would run primarily on Saturdays.
Sundays would be used o� when scheduling on Saturday is not possible and with
permission from the AD. Otte Middle School would be used primarily.
#5 - Blair Basket Club Basketball Tournaments Grades 5 -8 would run Saturday and
Sunday, the first and third weekends in February. Blair High School & Otte Middle School
would be used.
