violations.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected
to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of
the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for additional
time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.

Hello I live near the following property 2250 PARK ST Blair Nebraska Parcel ID 890051520
owned by SUELLENTROP, ERICA S is in violation of Sec 6333 MISDEMEANORS JUNK ACCUMULATIONS.
Old junk pickup truck sitting in backyard next to fence in grass in public view behind
property can be seen from alley way. Old Junk parts in front and backyard viewable from the
public street and alley way.
Green Ford car sitting in front of garage with flat tires has been sitting for a while.
Vehicles parked in lawn of property.
