Re: Snow Removal
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Scheuth:
This letter is requesting your cooperation in not pushing and /or depositing snow from
your property into Park Street or into Lions Park to the south of you.
The City Code prohibits snow from private property to be deposited into the City Streets.
Furthermore, you cannot deposit snow on someone else's property without their
authorization.
The City Parks Department has requested no snow be deposited on Lions Park property.
