Gary: Please respond to the following plan review comments:
1. Provide stamped engineered structural drawings that indicate the size and material for the structural frame of the
building.
2. Provide a mechanical permit application and mechanical plans.
3. Is there any plumbing work?
3. List required Special Inspections on the plans. Who is doing the Special Inspections?
4. Soil bearing is assumed by the engineer as 2000 psf. Provide a copy of the soils investigation report.
5. Provide Energy Calculations as per State requirements.
6. Note: Provide plans to State Fire Marshals Office as well.
7. Provide Engineers Phone number, Company name, and E -mail address.
