Attn: Craig Anderson

Dear Mr. Anderson,
We have received a complaint regarding several piles of vomit which were in front of your
facility on Saturday morning, November 27, which citizens had to maneuver over and around on
the public sidewalk.
Please be advised that there is no way to prove a patron from the New York Bar & Grill was
responsible for this action. However, we would kindly request that you keep an eye on your
patrons to ensure they are not partaking in this less than desirable action.
Thank you for your assistance in helping to keep this area free from debris and for maintaining a
clean, safe community for all citizens. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
Have a safe and blessed holiday season.
Sincerely,
Phil Green
Assistant City Administrator

RE: City - complaint
Since there is no way to "prove" that a patron from New York Bar did it, I would suggest:
1. Sending a courtesy letter to the New York Bar, informing them of the situation and asking them to
kindly police their patrons to ensure their patrons are not doing this, or
2. Ignore it! (which is probably not our best option)
I'll sign the letter if you work it up for me! You can quote me from the text above (not the ignore part! O )

My husband and I walked to Carnes Sat. a.m. and had to step over 3 piles of vomit from in front of the New York Bar. It
was appalling. Can the City do something about making bar owners clean up their clients' messes ASAP? That really
was gross and reflects very poorly on our city.
