Dear Mr. & Mrs. Webster:
On or about February 23, 2011, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that
a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date,
the violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation — Miscellaneous junk on the property.
(Junk includes: tires, brush, scrap wood, barrels, dishwasher, pots, bags, mechanical
parts, trash, scrap metal, cleaning containers, dishes, pans, rugs, cans, plastic
containers, small appliances, cooler, buckets, miscellaneous home interiors, electrical
cords, doors, windows, concrete blocks, bicycles, and other miscellaneous junk.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about March 8, 2011.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

a reprieve due to the snowfall we received. To date, the violations have not been
corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation — Miscellaneous junk on the side and in
the back of the property.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be re -inspected on or about February 28, 2011.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your property
located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:

see enclosed photos.)
Appliances in Yard
Weeds, Grasses, Vegetation, Litter
(Brush hanging over fence.)
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference regarding the noted
violations.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected
to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is determined that the
violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the violation within five (5) days of
the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for additional
time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426-4191.
