Mr. Herrera: Here's the items on my inspection report:
1. Provide a letter of use: Indicate whether or not you are doing any grease cooking or frying.

3. The guard at the new deck at the rear of the building is 36" above the deck. Provide a minimum 42" guard. — rCb ��
4. Provide portable fire extinguisher signage.
5. Provide a directional exit sign at the interior stair from the basement.
6. Return the handrails to the walls at the interior stair.
7. Provide handrails at both sides of the existing ramp at the front of the building. Extend the handrails a minimum of
one foot past the top and bottom of the ramp. 'T( Cl�q/
8. Provide handrails that meet code for the new deck at the rear of the building, extend them one foot past the top and
bottom of the stairs. 'TCD (3
9. Provide an ADA van accessible parking stall and loading isle. Provide van accessible ADA signage.
10. Note: If grease cooking or frying, a type I hood will be required.
11. Note: If no grease cooking or frying, a type II hood will be required. The hood, as is, doe's not meet the
requirements of a type I or type II hood. The exhaust must go to the outside of the building For a type II hood, the
hood needs to extend past the edges of the range a minimum of 6 ", or as an exception, a non - combustible shield must
be installed behind the range between the hood and the range.
