In addition you need to have a minimum amount of cover over the culvert to help spread the load from the driveway. This depth will vary depending on the materials you use such as concrete verses PVC verses metal. You should check with the sales staff of the distributor for the culvert you purchase on the minimum depth of cover over the culvert from the bottom of the driveway. Hopefully this help.
