For instance, IF I had a continuous header from wall to wall would that be acceptable? 3. OR do I need to have a "stamped" engineered drawing? 2. Provide Energy Calculations (Res- Check). Did you receive the 24 page "Building Report" showing all of the energy calculations? If not, I have attached the report to this email. 3. The alternate brace panel detail needs to show 4200 LB. tie down devices embedded in concrete as per Figure R602.10.2. No problem, the revised plan will show this detail on the Garage sectional. 4. Are the basement walls being constructed as part of this permit? Yes, because a majority of the walls are load bearing. There will not be any 'finish' in the lower lexel. D 5. Show sill height of master bedroom and breakfast room windows above the floor. No problem, the revised plan will show these notes. 6. Show frost depth of footings a minimum of 42 ". No problem, the revised plan will show this detail on the wall sectionals. 7. One more smoke alarm needs to be added outside the basement bedrooms. No problem, the revised plans will reflect this addition.
