RE: Cargill Project Tartan Office Trailer
Dear Howard,
We are installing a 24' x 60' mobile office trailer for a period of up to one year. The purpose of the
trailer is to house 4 offices and 1 large conference room. We will install an ADA ramp as well as stairs to
the entrance. The ramp and stairs will be sitting on flat asphalt, so will not have footings. We will not
provide restrooms in the building due to the fact that the trailer will be across the parking lot from our
Polyols restrooms which has ADA restrooms. All access to the restrooms will be maintained asphalt.
We will block and level and anchor down the trailer as well as skirt the trailer.
