Dear Mr. Martens & Ms. Shelton,
We have received a complaint that the sidewalk along the north and east sides of
your property is littered with cherry debris (Please see enclosed photos.)
Please note this is only a courtesy letter, and the situation mentioned above is not at
this time considered a violation of the Blair Municipal Code. However, we do ask that you
sweep the area and - monitor it so that it does not become a violation.
Enclosed is a copy of Municipal Code section 8 -505 for your reference. We would
appreciate your cooperation in clearing some of the cherry debris from your sidewalk in
order to keep it in a safe condition for pedestrians.
