RE: DA Letter of Permission 2009- 00402 -WEH Amendment #1
Dear Mr. Olson:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) received a request on June 10, 2010 for the above
reference project to remove one of the three originally planned dolphins, widen the face of the
sheet pile dock from 60 feet to 80 feet, and relocate the modified dock upstream to align with the
originally planned upstream dolphin. The Corps has reviewed and approves the amendment #1
under the existing Section 10 permit issued October 23, 20/. 9
All terms and conditions of the original permit remain in full force and effect expect for the
amended conditions. If you need additional time for construction, contact the Corps of
Engineers at least 30 days prior to the expiration date and request an extension of time.
