1. Construction materials and systems that are alternatives to materials and
systems prescribed by this code - periodic visual inspections
2. Unusual design applications of materials described in this code, and
3. Materials and systems required to be installed in accordance with additional
manufacturer's instructions that prescribe requirements not contained in this
code or in standards referenced by this code - periodic visual inspections
The daily reports prepared by the Special Inspections technicians will be reviewed
and approved by Terracon Consultants, Inc. and distributed to NNE Pharmaplan
construction management, Novozymes project management, CBI, and Zachry
Engineering project management, as well as interested contractors and suppliers.
All non - compliance or deviation reports will be boldly marked, as well as the
remediation reports for each. Each non - compliance report WILL be addressed,
remediated to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Record, and recorded. Terracon
Consultants, Inc. will prepare the final report and certification that all inspections
have been performed, and that the construction has been performed in accordance
with the approved drawings. The record copy of the Testing and Inspections
reports for the City of Blair will be maintained at the project site, will be readily
available for your review, and will be transmitted to the City with the final reports
and certifications upon completion of the project, or at your request.
