Hello,
There is an abandoned vehicle up the alley from me that has not been moved in over three
years. This is a large junk RV that was parked along the alley. Can this be towed as it is
obviously not is use anymore and is essentially junk? The RV is located at 541 N 10th Street
at the house owned by Larry Fees.
