RE: City of Blair permits for Consolidated Blenders, Inc.
Dear Mr. Sorensen,
Gethmann Construction Co., Inc. has applied for Building Permit #CN-2010-00158 and
Flood Plain Development Permit #2010-07 for Consolidated Blenders, Inc., 550 Marina
Drive, Blair, Nebraska. Gethmann Construction Co., Inc. has also provided us with a
copy of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pen dated October 23, 2009.
Building Permit #CN-2010-00158 complies with the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance in
regard to setbacks and permitted use. There are no variances, conditional use permits or
other special permits required for the intended use of the project. All City pen
applications which are necessary for the development and construction of this project
have been issued or applied for pending further documentation.
