Dear Mr. & Mrs. Kurtz:
We have received a complaint regarding a collection of trash accumulation on the
above property. (Trash piled in containers with no lids sitting in City right of way.)
Please be advised that all trash must be kept in an enclosed container with a lid
and removed on a regular basis. The containers must also be cleared from the city right of
way by pushing them back onto your property when not being picked up. Enclosed is a
copy of the Municipal Codes referencing nuisances and trash containers. This is a
violation of city code and we will re- inspect the property on October 6, 2010 to
determine if this violation has been corrected. If an extension is needed for additional
time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
We would appreciate your assistance in helping to keep this area free from debris.
