On November 19, 2010, you were sent a property maintenance inspection report and letter
indicating you had until January 21, 2011 to correct all the code violations as outlined by the
report.
To date, we have not received a final inspection request from you or an extension to allow more
time to correct all the code violations. Therefore, please contact our office no later than Monday,
February 14, 2011 to request an inspection to final the property maintenance violation against
this property or request an extension for completion. If we have no contact from you by that
date, this matter will be turned over to our City Attorney for further action.

This is a courtesy notice informing you the City of Blair has received a complaint that your
property known as "1228 South Street, Lot 10 & part of vacated Street, Block 72, Blair City,
Washington County, Nebraska" may be in violation of the City's property maintenance code.
The City enforces the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code.
In order for the Building Inspector to make a formal evaluation of the property, please schedule
an inspection by Wednesday, October 6, 2010. After the inspection, you will receive a letter
outlining the violations that need to be corrected and a deadline for having them corrected. If no
violations are found, the city will issue you a letter to that effect.
To schedule an inspection, please contact Blair City Hall at (402) 426-4191, between 8:00 AM
and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly
