of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued
We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about October 5, 2010.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued

Dear Mr. Thompson,
You are in violation for a nuisance of noxious weeds, grasses and worthless
vegetation along the City right of way at the above properties. The owner of each lot
abutting a street or highway within the City limits is responsible for maintaining the
space between the property line and the curb or edge of the pavement free and clear of
noxious weeds and debris and to keep the grass mowed shorter than 12 inches.
Therefore, we are requesting that you spray for noxious weeds, mow the area 12' back
from the curb and maintain the grass shorter than 12 inches.
Since the remainder of the lot is planted in alfalfa, it should be mowed and bailed
2 -3 times each season.
According to City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the receipt
of this letter or a citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about September 20, 2010.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued.
